WPT Marrakech

Chili Poker and the World Poker Tour have joined forces to bring you the first ever WPT event in Africa. The tournament will take place in Marrakech, Morocco Oct 12 – 19th at the Casino de Marrakech, one of Morocco’s finest casinos. You can qualify for this history making event on Chili Poker. The package is worth approx. $8,000 and consists of the following:

€4,500 Buy-in to the main Event: Oct 16th – Oct 18th, 2009
€500 Buy-in to side event – Oct 11th, 2009
9 nights at the Es Saadi Hotel or the Kenzi Farah Hotel (5-Star): Oct 10th – Oct 19th, 2009
Up to €650 for Flights & Spending

Chilipoker and World Poker Tour ® (WPT) Launch WPT Marrakech in Morocco

Chilipoker and the World Poker Tour have announced a WPT event in Marrakech, Morocco.  Dates have yet to finalized but their aim is to stage the event in October with qualifiers on select iPoker skins to begin as early as March.

WPT Marrakech will be held in the famous Casino de Marrakech which is known for hosting some high-stakes play and as well as the Marrakech Poker Open.
